Last week our Head Brewer Garrett Crowell traveled to South Carolina forBrewvival. We had the great pleasure of brewing at one of best brewpubs out there — Edmund’s Oast! We brewed with six-row barley, malted rye, and fresh dill during whirlpool, and pitched a mixed culture for fermentation. We’re excited to see how this beer progresses!
