Here’s a new beer coming to the Fancy Beer Series from 10 Barrel Brewing. This is Rose Bois Grand Cru and it is a Belgian-style wild sour ale created by brewer Jimmy Seifrit. This is a 750ml bottle and this beer took three years to age using two types of wild yeasts. Look for Rose Bois Grand Cru to hit 7.4%-AbV.
