Here’s some exciting (and good looking) beers coming from Hi-Wire Brewing in Asheville, NC. Gose (4.2%-AbV) is brewed with pink Himalayan salt and coriander before being packaged in 12oz cans (yes cans). Saison is brewed with Hibiscus and white grapes before being packaged in 22oz bottles. Saison hits 8%-AbV.
