Here we have a peek at some new bottles coming from Side Project Brewing in Maplewood, MO: Unblended # 121 is an unblended ale aged in oak barrels (9%-AbV, 375ml bottles), Trail Porter is an ale aged in oak barrels (7%-AbV, 375ml bottles), Blended # 40 is an ale aged in oak barrels (7%-AbV, 375ml bottles), Noir du Fermier is a dark farmhouse ale aged in red wine and Bourbon barrels with wild Missouri brettanomyces (7%-AbV, 750ml bottles) and Oude Fermier is Saison du Fermier fermented with wild Missouri brettanomyces (7%-AbV, 750ml bottles).  Stay tuned for more details.
