We brought you news of this beer, and now we get to see the packaging for a new collaboration coming from Jester King, Sante Adarius and De Garde Brewing in Tillamook, OR. This is Elements Of Composition and it is a blend created in Feb 2016 of a 3-year old 100% spontaneously fermented beer from De Garde, a 2-year old 100% spontaneously fermented beer from Jester King and a mature foudre-aged saison from Sante Adarius. This beer will hit 6.2%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle.
