Hi-Wire Adding Gin Barrel Fizz

Here’s another new bog bottle coming from Hi-Wire Brewing in Asheville, NC.  This is Gin Barrel Fizz and it is a Gin barrel-aged Juniper berry saison fermented with brettanomyces.  The beer will hit 8.15%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle.  Stay tuned for 2018 release dates.
