DESTIHL Brewery & Night Shift Collaborate On Ain’t Nothin’ Normal

Today we get our first peek at a new collaboration can coming soon from DESTIHL Brewery in Normal, IL. This is Ain’t Nothin’ Normal and it is a collaboration with Night Shift Brewing. The beer is a tart New England-style pale ale with pomegranate that was split in two with half being kettle-soured. The beers were reunited in one fermenter with pomegranate juice and then dry-hopped with Mosaic and Citra hops. Look for this beer to hit 4.6%-AbV & 10 IBU and it will be packaged in 12oz cans at DESTIHL. Stay tuned for release info. Here’s the latest label approve din April 2018:
