Hi-Wire Adding Oude Brett Saison Bottles

Here’s another big bottle (with a little label) coming soon from Hi-Wire Brewing in Asheville, NC.  This is Oude Brett Saison and it is an ale brewed with brettanomyces and aged in wine barrels (25-days in stainless and 13-months in barrels).  This beer will hit 6.6%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle.  Stay tuned for release info..
