We’re really digging experimental hop No. 06297 and its juicy orange and tangerine aroma, so we’re taking another crack at this one. Dry-hopping with Mandarina Bavaria kicks up the citrus character without adding bitterness, while Demerara sugar helped boost the ABV into Double IPA territory and provide enough body to deliver the “orangerine” hop combination we’ve been chasing. We taste: ripe tangerine, candied grape, orange peel.
