Scratch #354 was designed to soften the texture of the beer and coax out hints of honeycomb and flaky biscuits with local pale malt combined with honey malt, oats and wheat. Azacca, Citra and Comet add notes of citrus, fruity grapefruit, pear and honeysuckle. Only at the brewery.
