When we open today (Thursday) at 4pm we’ll be releasing a barrel aged version of our Bière de Miel brewed with watermelon honey!
We brewed a simple farmhouse ale with well water, Texas malted barley from Blacklands Malt, hops, and watermelon honey. We then aged it in neutral oak barrels. 6.9% ABV and brewed for the National Honey BoardHoney Summit in Austin next week!
We’re open today 4-10pm (Jester King Kitchen closes at 9pm). Barrel aged Bière de Miel will be available by the glass and in bottles to go.
