This morning I have your very first peek at a new collaboration beer coming soon from Dogfish Head Craft Brewery in Milton, DE. The beer will be named This Is Ridiculous and it will be a collaboration with The Bruery Terreux. The beer will be a “Brettanomyces-forward” saison ale brewed with local grains, aged in French oak wine barrels for 9-months and then dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy hops. Stay tuned for AbV and you’re looking at the 12.7oz bottle.
