From 2 Towns Cider House in Corvallis, Oregon:

Crafted from fresh-pressed Northwest apples, this hazy cider was born to cut through the noise.

CORVALLIS, Ore. — July 10, 2025 — 2 Towns Ciderhouse is proud to drop its latest track: Dry Fidelity, a delightfully dry, unfiltered cider crafted with fresh-pressed Northwest apples. This stripped-down cider delivers a crisp hit of refreshment that’s all about the apples.

Now available in 4-packs of 16 oz cans and on draft, Dry Fidelity (6.2% ABV) fills a long-requested spot in the 2 Towns lineup: a dry cider that doesn’t compromise on character, craft, or flavor.

“With Dry Fidelity, we set out to create a cider that was beautifully simple, dry, and raw, with expressive apple aromatics,” says Dave Takush, head cidermaker at 2 Towns Ciderhouse. “It’s like dropping the needle on a favorite vinyl—pure, analog, and deeply satisfying.”

ABV 6.2%
Ingredients: Fresh-pressed PNW apples
Package Formats:
4-pack of 16-oz cans
Draft: 1/2bbl, 1/6bbl

Availability:
Dry Fidelity is available through distributors where 2 Towns Cider is sold.
It is also available for purchase online at 2townsciderhouse.com/cider-shop.
A fresh-pressed original with nothing to hide—Dry Fidelity drops the needle on what a true dry cider should be.

About 2 Towns Ciderhouse

2 Towns Ciderhouse was founded on the belief that the long history of cidermaking demands respect and deserves to be done right. Starting with the highest quality, whole ingredients from local farms, we take no shortcuts in crafting our ciders. Over the years our company has retained these core values to branch out into different segments within the alcohol and NA beverage space to become a premium total beverage company. Our goal is to create the best craft beverages on the market and continue to develop and evolve the beverage space in innovative new ways.

From humble beginnings in 2010 in an old 900 sq. ft. 2 car garage we have grown into one of the largest craft beverage companies in the nation now employing over 100 individuals, distributing to 15+ states and running 3 different production facilities totaling almost 100,000 sq. feet. As a family-owned company, we are committed to the growth of our team and enrichment of our communities. We take pride in producing true Northwest craft beverages.
