This Milestone Arrival Will Mark the Official Start of Yuengling’s partnership with Molson Coors and its Westward Expansion into Texas

WHAT:                 On Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 10:15 am CT, the 192-year-old secret family recipes from D.G. Yuengling & Son, Inc, America’s Oldest Brewery, will arrive at Molson Coors’ Fort Worth, Texas brewing facilities. The three-day journey via armored truck began at the iconic Pottsville, Pennsylvania brewery on Friday, May 7, 2021. The arrival officially marks the start of Yuengling’s westward expansion.

Yuengling’s 6^th Generation Leader, Jennifer Yuengling and Molson Coors Chief Communications and Corporate Affairs Officer, Adam Collins will unlock the truck upon arrival and unload the Yuengling family recipe book from its protective wooden crate along with Yuengling’s proprietary yeast. These contents were securely and safely transported to Molson Coors’ Fort Worth, Texas brewing facilities to ensure the 192-year-old brewer’s beers will be produced in Texas to Yuengling’s high quality standards later this year.  To conclude the milestone event, Jennifer and Adam Collins will engage in a ceremonial “cheers” to signify the official start of production in Texas.  Yuengling beer is anticipated to hit stores statewide by Fall 2021.
