Wild Heaven & Cigar City Collaborate On Southern Symphony

Today we have a new collaboration bottle coming from Wild Heaven Beer in Avondale Estates, GA. This is Southern Symphony and it is a barrel-aged brettanomyces beer brewed with native Georgia grapes. This beer is a collaboration with Wayne Wambles from Cigar City Brewing and the beer will chirp in at 5.8%-AbV. This is the 500ml bottle and stay tuned here for more details. This beer was originally scheduled to be released in fall 2017.
