Every year we produce over 40 unique mixed-culture fermented and oak matured variants. A select few of these beers have been chosen for our Heritage Series and are released on a seasonal schedule each year. Each vintage is slightly unique to previous years due to terroir, characteristics of the barrels, and the barrel-blending process.
