White Rooster, Millpond & Scratch Brewing Team Up For Bourbon Composition & Port CompositionToday I have some new barrel-aged collaborations coming from White Rooster Farmhouse Brewery in Sparta, IL.

This is Composition and today we have a Bourbon barrel-aged version and a Port wine barrel-aged version of this stout. These are both Illinois-collaborations with Millpond Brewing and Scratch Brewing and both beers will hit 12.5%-AbV.
