Here’s the latest release from the White Birch Brewing Apprentice Series. This brew is called Patersbier Belgian-Style Ale and it is brewed by Apprentice Kerry Walker. Patersbier is a traditional Father’s Beer that the monks didn’t typically release to the public…and this version will be a light 4.7% ABV, packaged in 22oz bottles and be a limited run of 1200 bottles.
