Yet another interesting Apprentice Series Brew coming out of White Birch Brewing called Colonial Ale (Cedar Aged). Looks like this 6.8% ABV 16.9oz brew will be limited to 1100 bottles in one batch. This brew was created by Christian Weber (the 6th apprentice) and will use dried cedar and Brett yeast.
