This morning we get a peek at a new Fruit Wood Time beer coming from Westbrook Brewing in Mt. Pleasant, SC. This is Fruit Wood Time Blackberry & Boysenberry and it will be a blend of several foudre-aged mixed fermentation sour beers. The beer was racked into 2nd use Cabernet wine barrels and allowed to referment with blackberries and boysenberries for 6-months. This beer will hit 5.2%-AbV and you’re looking at the 16.7oz bottle.
