West Sixth Announces The West Sixth Greenroom & Sixfold IV

We’ve got a big announcement! We’re excited to share that we’re opening a small taproom in downtown Lexington next to our friends at Sunrise Bakery in May! Called the West Sixth Greenroom, it will include a nanobrewery when complete. It’s an intimate, warm, shotgun style place – the side kick to the main brewery a few blocks north… our “Greenroom”. We’re excited to release our Sixfold IV: American Sour Ale in bottles this Saturday at noon for our birthday! You may have noticed "Sixfold" brews popping up on our draft list in the taproom and around town – and you’re about to see more. The Sixfold Series represents our multifaceted wild program – and we can’t wait to share more unique and offbeat offerings on draft and conditioned in bottles. This sour ale was aged in oak barrels for over a year, and then conditioned in bottles for another 3 months – bringing plenty of tart, citrus, orchard fruit notes with funky characteristics throughout. And cheers to Brian and Sara of Cricket Press on the sweet label design! Bottles will be $18
