Upland & Taxman Collaborate On Extension

Here we have a new collaboration beer coming from Upland Brewing in Bloomington, IN. This is Extension and it will be a collaboration with Taxman Brewing. The beer is a barrel-aged sour ale brewed with coriander, lemon and orange zest with primary fermentation in a foudre and 6-months of fermentation in barrels before being blended with 18-month Basis sour. Look for Extension to hit 6.3%-AbV and it will be packaged in 500ml bottles in April 2020. Stay tuned for release info.
