Here we have another new sour bottle coming from Upland Sour Ales in Bloomington, IN. This is Panorama and it will be a barrel-aged sour ale that will be part of the Spontaneous Project. The beer is a blend of two of the first beers created in the series (Sky and Forest) and the yeast came from the Scenic View Lodge and Hickory Ridge Fire Tower in Hoosier National Forest. The beer will roll in at 6.3%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle. I also have the standard Basis barrel-aged blonde sour ale (500ml bottle).
