2019 Spring Bottle Release is finally here! Barrel Chested Reserve, Oak Timbre, and Blackberry will be available for pickup at ALL Upland locations on 3/30. Hurry in and get yours because once they’re gone, they’re gone!

-Brewers Reserve Barrel Chested Barleywine: Our brewers selected the best blend of our barleywine, then aged it for 17 months in bourbon barrels. The aging creates flavors of vanilla, toasted oak, and sweet bourbon that blend together deliciously. Packaged and wax dipped by hand, this barleywine pours a deep copper that exudes rich caramel notes.

-Oak Timbre: We’re proud to continue working with our Bloomington neighbors, Oliver Winery. We aged our base sour beer, Basis, on Oliver’s Chambourcin grapes for 6 months in NEW oak wine barrels. This results in tart juicy flavors complemented by aromas of red wine and oak. Kick off our 2019 SBS collection by exploring this wine-like fruited sour ale.

-Blackberry: Our base sour beer, Basis, was aged in oak foeders to produce tart and fruity notes with funky character. We then added blackberries grown by our fellow Hoosiers at Wild Blackberry Farms. These create an intense fruity profile with a dry lingering tartness that will take you straight into the wild.
