This 4.3% beer is amber to crimson in color with a light haze. The toasty, biscuity aroma follows through to the flavor with subtle caramel and toffee. A barely perceptible earthy/floral hop character drifts over a pleasant fruitiness from the fermentation on British ale yeast.
