Scratch #154 – Pale Ale released today! We brewed this Pale Ale using a single experimental hop variety – the aptly named Mandarina Bavaria. As the name implies, this new German variety offers a pleasant citrus quality with a distinct tangerine note, giving this ale a straightforward, balanced yet juicy flavor. 5.4% ABV and 45 IBU. Availability: draft and an extremely limited amount of bottles.
