Scratch #511 Double IPA is a riff on our Storm the Field collaboration. Using a similar pilsner and Vienna malt bill, Azacca and Chinook hops in the boil combine to lend hints of citrus, stone fruit and pine. Dry-hopped with Nectaron and Motueka, this variation is fermented with London 3 yeast to boost the tropical fruit notes. On draft now in the Tasting Room and for crowlers & growlers to-go
