Troegs Releasing Scratch # 350 Pale Ale Ales For ALS & 352 IPA

Each year, we partner with the nationwide Ales for ALS™ to create a beer to benefit the @ALSTDI. Using a proprietary hop blend, Scratch #350 elicits a mélange of tropical and citrus fruits. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the ALS TDI. Draft/growler fills available.

For this next iteration of our IPA pilot batches, we’ve made a few key tweaks. We’ve added the tropical and citrusy Vic Secret to the dry-hop and moved Galaxy to a whirlpool-only addition. Local rustic pale malt is still the backbone, and chit malt, malted oats and flaked oats add up to a silky mouthfeel. Finally, we fermented with Liberty Ale yeast, pumping up the pineapple and fruit-cup flavors. Draft and growler fills now available in our Tasting Room. #ScratchBeer
