Brewed with flaked maize and lactose for a silky mouthfeel, Scratch #281 is our interpretation of a cream ale, a first for us. We just couldn’t resist adding fresh coconut toasted right in our Snack Bar for an extra layer of flavor. Draft and growler fills available now in our Tasting Room.
