This upcoming 2026 release continues the brewery’s momentum in the world of bold, adjunct‑driven stouts and marks a new collaboration with Xül Beer out of Knoxville, Tennessee, a brewery known for its pastry‑leaning dark beer program and creative stout profiles.

Powder Prowler II is built as a big, decadent imperial stout, aged for 10 months in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels. The extended time in these highly sought‑after barrels brings layers of oak, caramel, vanilla, and classic Buffalo Trace character. After aging, the stout is conditioned with Sinn‑O‑Bunn Bones Coffee, cacao nibs, cinnamon, and Madagascar vanilla beans, creating a dessert‑inspired profile that blends coffee richness, chocolate depth, warming spice, and silky vanilla sweetness.

This new stout will ride in at 14% ABV, placing it firmly in the realm of collectible, high‑gravity, barrel‑aged imperial stouts. It was back in 2011 that the crew started brewing beer out of their garage in Caracas, Venezuela, making wild concoctions with whatever they could get their hands on and stoking the flames of their passion for craft beer. After years of traveling to breweries all around the world and experimenting with different styles of brewing, the crew took a leap of faith and moved to Miami to pursue the next chapter of their brewing careers. It was finally in 2018 that Daniel Chocron, Ignacio Montenegro, Iker Elorriaga, and Juan-Manuel Torres came across their dream location and Founded Tripping Animals Brewing Company in the heart of Doral, Florida.
