Jay Goodwin, cellarman, & brewer @ The Bruery will be leaving The Bruery to join up with Alex Walash & Brad Goodwin to form The Rare Barrel….and All-Barrel All-Sour brewing venture in the San Francisco area. The guys plan to follow the lead of Mikkeller & Stillwater Artisanal Ales as a gypsy brewing group that will work with various breweries in the SF area.
