Here’s a peek at the former Preservation Series beer now coming to regular release from The Bruery. This is OR XATA and it is a Blonde ale brewed with rice, lactose, cinnamon and vanilla beans. This 2015 release is The Bruery’s take on Horchata, it will be packaged in 750ml bottles and the beer comes in at 7.2% ABV. Stay tuned for release details.
