Today I bring you an exciting new collaboration beer coming from Surly Brewing in Minneapolis and Brooklyn Center, MN. This is Culture Collab and it will be a collaboration with New Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins, CO and Asheville, NC. The beer will be a blended-culture American sour ale with blueberries that is aged in virgin oak and red wine barrels. You’re looking at the 16oz can and this sour ale will roll in at 8.5%-AbV.
