Stone Brewing Expands Its 2026 Enjoy By Series With Two New IPAs: Freaky Fresh IPA & Fruity Fresh IPA

I’ve been giving you early looks at several upcoming beers in the Stone Enjoy By Series, including Frigid Fresh IPA and Freaky Fresh IPA, and now Stone Brewing in Escondido, California, and Richmond, Virginia, is preparing to roll out two more fresh‑focused IPAs for 2026. These new releases continue Stone’s long‑running tradition of pushing bold hop character, high‑impact aromatics, and ultra‑fresh drinkability across its Enjoy By lineup.

Freaky Fresh IPA – West Coast Double IPA at 9.4% ABV
The first new release is Freaky Fresh IPA, a classic West Coast double IPA built in the signature Enjoy By style. This Ghost Busters-inspired beer will hit the traditional 9.4% ABV, delivering the bright citrus, pine, dank resin, and crisp bitterness that define Stone’s most iconic hop‑forward beers. Fans of the Enjoy By Series will recognize this as a continuation of the brewery’s commitment to big, expressive, ultra‑fresh double IPAs.

Fruity Fresh IPA – Tangerine & Pineapple Ale at 9% ABV
Joining it is Fruity Fresh IPA, a fruit‑accented ale brewed with tangerine and pineapple. This Raiders Of The Lost Ark-themed IPA swings in slightly lower at 9% ABV, but still firmly in double‑IPA territory. Expect a blend of tropical fruit sweetness, bright citrus, and Stone’s signature hop intensity. Fruity Fresh IPA looks poised to be one of the more playful and aromatic entries in the 2026 Enjoy By lineup.

Packaging & Release Details
Both Freaky Fresh IPA and Fruity Fresh IPA will be packaged in 16‑oz cans, aligning with the rest of Stone’s seasonal and limited‑release IPA offerings. These additions further expand what’s shaping up to be one of the most diverse Enjoy By calendars in recent years.

Founded in 1996, we’ve come a long way since brewing our first beers in a small warehouse in North County, San Diego. Our Brewing Facilities
Escondido, California
Opened in 2005, this 55,000 square foot facility served as our sole brewing operation until we expanded tot he Est Coast in 2016. It houses two 120bbl Rolec brew systems and supplies the Western U.S. as well as a number of other countries with fresh Stone beer. A 65,000 square foot packaging hall was added in 2013 to help expand capacity and introduce can packaging. Richmond, Virginia
Opened in 2016, our Richmond brewing facility kicked off a new chapter of growth for Stone Brewing. This massive 200,000 square foot facility operates a 250bbl Krones brew system and supplies the Eastern U.S. with fresh Stone beer, with plenty of room for future expansion. Check out our RVA brewery and tap room.

Additional Brewing Operations
We are driven by a desire to experiment, and we are able to do so frequently thanks to our smaller brewing operations. Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Liberty Station houses a 10bbl brew system that produces unique, exclusive beers you won’t find anywhere but at Stone locations. (Though many fan-favorites go on to become nationwide releases!)
