Our pal Mitch Steele posted this photo earlier today as their collaboration brew with Meg Parisi from Bluejacket Brewing and Tonya Cornett from 10 Barrel Brewing got underway. No word just YET on the style, but based on the photo below from 10 Barrel, the beer will use Jasmine, Avocado Honey & Vanilla. Stay tuned for details as this beer becomes the next 2013 Stone Collaboration following the Robert Masterson & Ryan Reschan / Rip Current /Stone R&R Coconut IPA.

Avocado honey is darker and has a deeper flavor than many other varieties of honey, which made it ideal for the style of beer the trio decided on — at Stone Brewing Co.
