Here’s a new beer coming from our pal Mark Thompson at Starr Hill. This is Whiter Shade of Pale Ale and it is a white IPA. Look for this beer to be a combination of a Belgian Wit and an IPA as it uses Belgian yeasts as well as Pilsner & wheat malts. Whiter Shade of Pale Ale will be packaged in 22oz bottles and come in at 7.5% ABV.
