Hollywood Casino executive chef Allan Rupert wants to transform the entertainment destination into a hot spot for craft beer.
"There’s a whole world of craft beer, and we were looking for a local partner who we could build a meaningful relationship and successful business relationship with," Rupert said.
In doing so, they’ve partnered with Snitz Creek Brewery in Lebanon to develop a signature beer for the casino and racetrack.
