Here’s a new co-brewed beer coming to bottles from Side Project and 2nd Shift Brewing. This is Lattice and it is a dry-hopped (Amarillo & Galaxy hops) farmhouse pale ale that is fermented in French Oak puncheons with a blend of Saison and brettanomyces. This is a 750ml bottle and the beer comes in at 6% ABV.
