Short’s Synalpheus Pinkfloydi Returns

From Short’s:

It is rumored that back in the day Pink Floyd played a concert so loud that it killed all the fish in a neighboring pond to the venue. So when scientists discovered a new species of shrimp with bright pink-red claws that snap so loud they can kill nearby small fish, they named it Synalpheus Pinkfloydi. Our pub brewer Luke, was inspired to brew a beer in honor of this newly discovered species and here we have Synalpheus Pinkfloydi, a Cherry Lemonade Gose. Now hitting store shelves throughout the Great Lakes Region, pick up a six-pack and jam on.

Synalpheus Pinkfloydi (5.1% ABV – 7 IBU – 12 TA) is a cherry lemonade Gose brewed with Lemondrop hops, Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, coriander, lemon and Balaton cherries. With a red hue and great clarity, this summertime Gose smells of bright cherry, tart lemon, and a little salt. Despite a lengthy list of ingredients, Synalpheus Pinkfloydi has a great balance of flavors. Tart cherry and lemon complement the saltiness of a classic Gose. A dry and tart finish rounds out this easy drinking summer brew.
