Shipyard Bourbon Barrel Aged Double Scottish Ale & Pugsley’s Signature Series Coming Soon

Portland’s 32 inches of snow did not slow the brew crew down one bit. With Applehead on shelves and the new Bourbon Barrel Aged Double Scottish Ale on its way to stores, the crew has been working on a new addition to the Pugsley’s Signature Series and a few other brews you will not want to miss. Stay tuned for more details on these delicious new ales in the coming month.

Double Scottish Ale is the next variation to be released in our Bourbon Barrel Aged Series.

This 11.6% ABV, smooth, malty ale has a nose of black licorice and clove, and finishes dry with a subtle yet lingering spiciness. A great pair for any to any meal, but complements spicy dishes particularly well.
