Roc Brewing Co. Transforms Customer Experience

(December 6, 2022) – Roc Brewing Co., a craft brewery established in downtown Rochester in 2011, announces a transformation at its 56 S. Union Street location. “It is an exciting time for Roc Brewing, we have redesigned our taproom, updated our culinary and beverage offerings, and are committed to a renewed focus on the Rochester community,” said Chris Spinelli. “With an aim at ambient lighting that accents the space, it was our goal to create a warm and inviting environment that pays homage to our neighborhood and blends in with our community.”

The new menu focuses on traditional pub fare and popular regional dishes with a Roc twist. By popular demand, Roc’s famous Tater Tot Waffles have returned to the regular menu. “We empowered our culinary team to create familiar items that taste delicious and won’t break the wallet,” says Spinelli. “The Smash Burger is incredible, the Falafel Burger is amazing, the Chicken Wings are some of the best I’ve had, and the Tot Waffles are back!” Daily food specials supplement the new fixed menu and include a Friday Fish Fry.

Roc Brewing Co. will continue to offer an array of unique and award-winning craft ales and hard seltzers. And with the addition of a brand-new lager tank, Roc will soon be expanding the current beer offerings to include more extensive variety of lagers and hybrid beers. “We’re also moving towards including a full array of cocktails and mocktails,” says General Manager Heather Van Leuven. Van Leuven adds, “We recognize that not all of our patrons are craft beer lovers, so by having wines and spirits to supplement our craft beers, we’re
hoping to accommodate all of our customer's interests.”

Improved ordering experience with at-the-bar service or table service with QR codes helps improve the experience, in addition to online booking for an event space and online food ordering for pick up. “It is our hope that you come in to find the Roc Brewing you loved and remembered but with a bigger and better space to enjoy,” says Spinelli.
