About Borealis Coffee Co:
We’re a specialty coffee roaster in Riverside, Bristol, and Pawtucket, Rhode Island and we’re passionate about coffee. We’re here to bridge the gap between diner coffee and craft brews, between coffee snobs and everyday drinkers, because we believe coffee is an experience worth sharing with everyone.
About Proclamation Ale Co:
WHO ARE WE, YOU ASK?
Proclamation Ale Company, aka PROC, is a woman-owned brewery located in Warwick, RI, only a few blocks from TF Green Airport. Originally founded by Dave Witham, in early 2014, with one purpose: to provide delicious and exciting beer to a local market that was clamoring for something besides an amber ale. This original dream started with a nano system in West Kingston, RI, but after many small expansions, we outgrew that space. We took a 30 minute trek north to Warwick, RI and in December of 2017, we opened the doors to our new, larger brewery.
In this new location, Dave and the Proc team continued pushing the envelope, testing and developing new beer styles and techniques, and of course, still creating delicious beers. Many thousands of pounds of hops and adjuncts from our 2014 beginnings, our goals and philosophies have broadened; and while brewing, serving and selling creative and delicious beer is still our purpose, we also want to provide an exciting, safe, inclusive, and creative space for the community to enjoy together. Dave sadly passed away in December 2020, but his vision and legacy are now being kept alive by his wife, Lori and our incredible staff (aka our Procfam!)
Our 15,000 square foot brewery includes a large taproom with small video arcade and an outdoor patio with firepit. We offer the state’s largest oak aging and mixed fermentation program with multiple 30bbl oak foeders for aging and blending beers before adding local fruits and herbs. We stay relevant without chasing trends and everything we do is genuine and with purpose. Since day one, our beer has remained consistent and is always top quality, which is why we’ve been a staple in the RI and New England beer scenes for 10 years now.
Come on over, grab a beer, and say Hi! Cheers!
