Here we have a new bottle coming from Pisgah Brewing in Black Mountain, NC. This is P.O.A.P which stands for Pisgah’s Oak Aged Pale. This bottle conditioned beer begins life as Pisgah’s Flagship Pale that is then aged in toasted oak casks for a “wicked long time.” Look for P.O.A.P to be packaged in 750ml bottles and the beer comes in at 5.1% ABV.
