Perennial Announces Abraxas Season Details

Perennial is excited to announce the details for Abraxas Week(s) 2019! Abraxas week will run from Wednesday, October 30, through Sunday, November 3 AND November 6-10. Things will work a little differently this year, so please read carefully. We will once again be selling Abraxas packages for pick up during our Abraxas weeks as well as host draft releases for all three variants!

What’s that? Three variants? That’s right, Coconut Abraxas will make its debut in bottles in 2019 and Coffee Abraxas & Vanilla Abraxas will be making a return! The ONLY way to get Coconut Abraxas will be to pre-purchase a package.

Beginning Thursday, October 17, at 11:00 AM CDT, Abraxas Package tickets will be available for $115 (plus Eventbrite fees) at abraxas2019.eventbrite.com

Tickets include:
1 bottle Abraxas
1 bottle Coffee Abraxas (Dark Matter Pacas Viejo from Santa Petrona)
1 bottle Vanilla Abraxas
1 bottle Coconut Abraxas
1 Abraxas bottle bag

Ticket holders must specify ONE week to pick up their package in the tasting room during tasting room hours:

• Week 1: Wednesday, October 30 – Sunday, November 3
• Week 2: Wednesday, November 6 – Sunday, November 10

Valid ID will be required at pickup.  Name on ID must match buyer name or proxy name.  Duplicate ticket purchases will be refunded. No refunds will be given for unclaimed packages.

While we have not specified a limit on the number of people one person can proxy for, we do ask for your patience when picking up multiple packages and ask that you have all your tickets printed and ready at time of pick up to ensure a smooth exchange.

Abraxas will also begin distribution in all of our markets during the second week of November.

Tasting Room Draft Releases

Throughout week one of Abraxas week, we will be releasing this year’s specialty variants on draft in our tasting room!

This year’s Coffee Abraxas is our same luxurious stout base steeped on ancho chilies, cacao nibs, cinnamon, and vanilla beans as well as coffee from our friends at Dark Matter, a Pacas Viejo bean from Santa Petrona! Draft pours will be available for purchase at 6pm on Wednesday, October 30!

Vanilla Abraxas will be released on draft on Friday, November 1 at 6pm!

And our 2019 Coconut Abraxas will be released on draft on Saturday, November 2 at noon!

Abraxas Week 2 will see all variants rotate on draft all week. Regular Abraxas will be available on draft daily in our tasting room both weeks!

We will not be doing individual bottle releases of the Abraxas variants in our tasting room this year. The best, and most streamlined way to make sure you get all of your Abraxas variants is to pre-purchase a package!

In-person Sign Ups

As an extra to our locals, we will do in-person sign-ups for Abraxas packages on Wednesday, October 16, in our tasting room from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A payment of $115 is required at time of sign-up and you must select your pickup week at time of purchase. Sign-ups are limited to one per person. If you would like to designate a proxy for pick up, you must do so at time of purchase.
