Here’s a new local project beer coming from Peak Organic, This beer is called The Maple Collaboration and it is a new twist on heir previously brewed Maple Oat Ale. The Maple Collaboration uses Maine-grown organic oats (Grandy Oats) and Vermont-produces organic maple syrup from Butternut Mountain Farms. Proceeds from this beer support the Chef’s Collaborative, it will be package din 22oz bottles and come in at 6.2% ABV.
