Paradox Beer Co – Paradox of Tao (A Black & White Project) The Yin & The Yang

Here are two new ones from Paradox Beer Co…part of the Paradox of Tao–a Black & White Project these beers are called The Yin–black ale aged in oak wine barrels & The Yang.  The Yin is an Ameri-Belgo wild black ale brewed with pacific gem and El Dorado hops, it is aged in 750ml bottles and come in at 7% ABV.  The Yang is an Ameri-Belgo white ale brewed with Brettanomyces, cardamom, coriander, rose hips, sweet & bitter orange peel & aged in oak barrels.  The Yang will be packaged in 750ml bottles and come in at 7% ABV.
