It’s good to see a new label coming out of Otter Creek Brewing, especially after the recent tank explosion. Up today we have their spring seasonal Spring Bock. This new lager uses German hops & specialty malts to create a “highly drinkable ale with a medium malt sweetness & a crisp hop finish to celebrate the transition to spring, a rebirth of nature & our passion for brewing handcrafted ales.”
