This is Alfalfa Kang and it is a collaboration coming from Off Color, WIseacre and (begrudgingly) 3 Floyds.  This American pale ale is brewed with Alfalfa hay and Alfalfa honey and the beer hits 6.2%-AbV and 35 IBU.  Alfalfa Kang uses Ahtanum, Sterling & Centennial hops and it will be packaged in 750ml bottles and kegs (below).image
