NoDa – Green Tea Ale – NoDable Release 9/1 (Video)

There’s nothing quite like a glass of cold iced tea on a hot summer’s day. And that kind of refreshing quality is what inspired Lead Brewer Matt Virgil to create this week’s NoDable. His Green Tea Ale comes in at 6.5% ABV — not your Grandma’s tea. Created with Two-Row, Marris Otter and Dextrin malts then cold-steeped with green tea, the ale has a medium bodied mouthfeel and just the slightest hint of citrus, herbal bitterness from Lemon Drop and Warrior hops.
