Here’s an exciting new beer coming to the Ninkasi R&D series of beers. This is Ginger & Juice and it is a farmhouse ale brewed with ginger and Apricot. This is a 22oz bottle and the beer will hit 5.5%-AbV and 25 IBU. Stay tuned for release details.
